Kristen DiMaria received her law degree from The Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law and graduated as a member of the Woolsack Honor Society.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Ms. DiMaria was an associate at a defense firm in Philadelphia where she represented a variety of corporate clients in complex litigation cases at both the trial and appellate levels in state and federal court.
Experience
Ms. DiMaria represents employers in a broad spectrum of employment-related matters including matters involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, as well as many other federal and state employment discrimination laws. Ms. DiMaria handles administrative claims before the EEOC and state fair employment practice agencies. She also handles litigation involving defamation, interference with contractual relations, wrongful discharge, fraudulent misrepresentation, and breach of contract.
