Ginger McCauley is a Shareholder in Ogletree Deakins’ Washington, D.C. office and focuses her practice on employment litigation and counseling. Ms. McCauley is an experienced attorney representing management in a wide range of employment litigation, including lawsuits involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, non-compete agreements and wage and hour disputes. She also counsels employers regarding a broad range of areas, including employment and separation agreements, reductions in force, leave and other employment policies, and compliance with federal and state discrimination and wage and hour laws.
Ms. McCauley has litigated cases in jurisdictions throughout the country. She has significant litigation experience, including trial experience in federal and state courts. In addition to employment law, Ms. McCauley also has a background in business litigation, including antitrust and healthcare.
Ginger McCauley is a 1998 cum laude graduate of John Carroll University and a 2001 graduate of the George Washington University Law School. While in law school, Ms. McCauley was a member of the Moot Court Board and was a student attorney in the Domestic Violence Litigation Clinic. She is an active member of the District of Columbia Women's Bar Association (WBA) and currently co-chairs the WBA's Employment Law Committee.
